We had a fantastic stay at 9 Dolphin Court! The accommodation was clean, bright, and very comfortable. The amenities, including Wifi, HDTV, and a dishwasher, were excellent. The dedicated parking space was generous enough for our large estate car. We loved the interesting view of the busy working harbour and Brixham Sailing Club from the apartment windows. The property manager, Jo, provided excellent service and was a pleasure to interact with. Plus, the views of the harbour and Torbay from the windows were simply breathtaking.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The apartment was clean, bright, and very comfortable. The panoramic views from the kitchen window and lounge were breathtaking. The well-equipped kitchen and super comfortable bed added to the overall enjoyment. The dedicated parking space was a bonus, making it convenient for us to explore the area. The property manager, Jo, provided excellent service and even decorated the flat with a Christmas tree, creating a festive atmosphere. The location was ideal, with the harbor and town just a short stroll away, offering plenty of shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants to explore. We also enjoyed visiting the charming and eccentric Liberty Tea Parlour and Cocktail Bar. we had a great time and would highly recommend this flat for a memorable stay.
Although we stayed during unusually cold weather, the heating in the flat struggled a bit. We had to rely on the fireplace electric heater to keep warm, especially in the bathroom where the corner heater was inadequate.

The apartment was cozy and comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. The fully equipped kitchen was a game-changer for me as I love to cook my own meals. Having a dishwasher was a huge plus, making cleanup a breeze after enjoying delicious meals.
Personally, I found the TV in the bedroom a bit unnecessary, but others might enjoy it.

Sea views were absolutely stunning! Waking up to the sight of the sparkling ocean was like diving into a mesmerizing painting. It felt like being on the bow of a luxury cruise ship, without the seasickness of course. Absolutely breathtaking!
Limited parking space.

The flat had amazing views, a comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, and great parking. The property manager was friendly and even decorated the flat for Christmas. Cons: Nothing to dislike, it was absolutely perfect.

The apartment at 9 Dolphin Court was cozy and comfortable, with a warm and homely atmosphere. The bedroom was just the right size for a solo traveler like me, and the bed was super comfy. The fully equipped kitchen was a lifesaver, especially with a dishwasher! it felt like a home away from home.
The only downside, in my opinion, was the TV. It could have been a bit bigger for a better viewing experience.

Stayed in a freezer but at least the electric fireplace kept me cozy. The bathroom's ice box heater was such a delight, it barely made a difference! Can't wait to return in summer to enjoy the "brilliant" location and panoramic views.
Absolutely nothing to dislike, everything was just perfect!
